Mumbai: A woman in Mumbai commits suicide by jumping with her 7-year-old son from her 12th-floor apartment on Monday. She left a note accusing her neighbours of harassing her by complaining about her son making noise.
Reports also say she had been depressed since the death of her husband, who had gone to Varanasi in UP to take care of his Covid-19 infected parents, later both died to covid19 and soon after her husband, Mr Mulukutla also died.
Reshma Trenchil, 44, lost her husband recently on 23rd May to Covid 19, and recently moved and lived with her son alone in an apartment in Chandiwali, Mumbai.
According to police, she had problems with their neighbours from the flat below Ayub Khan, 67, his 60-year-old wife and their son Shadab, 33, who constantly complained about the child causing the noise.
A case has been registered against Shadab and further investigation in process.
