India Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for Hyderabad for the next three days, warning of heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and lightning activity across the city.
According to the IMD forecast, changing weather conditions triggered by a system over the Bay of Bengal are likely to bring moderate to heavy showers along with gusty winds in parts of Hyderabad.
Residents are advised to stay cautious, especially during evening hours, as intense rain spells and lightning may disrupt traffic and daily routines.
The expected rainfall is also likely to bring a slight drop in temperatures, offering some relief from the recent heat.
