The affected areas include Patancheru, RC Puram, Ashok Nagar, Jyothi Nagar, Lingampally, Chandanagar, Gangaram, Madinaguda, Hafeezpet, Doyens Colony, the SBI training center, BHEL factory/township, HCU, and the Patancheru industrial area.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) has announced that the drinking water supply will be disrupted in several areas of the city from Friday morning at 6 am until Saturday morning at 6 am. The affected areas include Patancheru, RC Puram, Ashok Nagar, Jyothi Nagar, Lingampally, Chandanagar, Gangaram, Madinaguda, Hafeezpet, Doyens Colony, the SBI training center, BHEL factory/township, HCU, and the Patancheru industrial area. This interruption is due to maintenance work being conducted on a 900 mm diameter pipeline junction under HMWS&SB’s operations and maintenance divisions 8 and 15. Residents in these areas are advised to use drinking water judiciously during this 24-hour period.
