Pegasus Scandal: Supreme Court to Setup Committee to Probe Snooping row

New Delhi: The Supreme Court revealed today that a set up a committee to inquire into the Pegasus snooping row, and a formal order are expected to be issued next week.

Chief Justice NV Ramana, revealed while hearing another issue related to one of the lawyers who is also one of the petitioners in the Pegasus

Chief Justice NV Ramana, said that “We wanted to pass an order on the matter before this week… but some members we thought of considering for the (expert) committee (on Pegasus) … for personal reasons they denied to be part of this committee. Hence the delay,” and “We will try to pass an order on Pegasus next week.”
