Hyderabad: An Infant (22-day-old) died after accidentally being hit by his father with a plastic pipe during a quarrel with his wife at Saidabad police limits on Friday.
According to the police, husband Rajesh, 32y, and wife Jahanvi, 25y, were having a quarrel at their house in Posalla Basthi in Saidabad on Friday. During the fight Rajesh was trying to hit his wife with a plastic pipe, she was holding the infant and tried to escape the blow and turned around. Rajesh accidentally hit the infant baby with the plastic pipe resulting in serious injury to the neck. The child was rushed to a hospital where he died,”
Earlier, a few months ago Rajesh had harmed his elder son during a fight with his wife a few months ago
Saidabad police have registered a case and further investigation is in process.
