Hyderabad to Add Kokapet Interchange, Township in Infrastructure Development

Hyderabad: Kokapet development could well become a role model for focused development in the country.

The Telangana government has major plans for the area, with works already underway by Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA).

•             An exclusive Interchange, Trumpet road connecting the Kokapet layout to the Outer Ring Road (ORR),

•             Electrical substations of 400 KV capacity,

•             New drinking water pipelines,

•             100 feet roads and underground electricity cables

Telangana government allotted Rs 265 crore to develop Hyderabad’s Neopolis Kokapet township The works are scheduled to be completed in 18 months. This will provide employment to about a million people in the next 5-7 years.

One developed High rise towers will come up at Neopolis Kokapet. The layout development is proposed with seamless connectivity to the Outer Ring Road (ORR).
