Garbage Van Used for Covid-19 Bodies to Crematorium in Chattisgarh

Chhattisgarh, 14 April: In Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh state, a garbage van was used to carry the bodiee, who died of COVID-19 in the district.

In terrible visuals, four sanitation workers, wearing PPE kits, were seen lifting and dumping the dead bodies in the garbage van for taking to the cremation ground, who died of Covid19

The healthcare infrastructure in Chhattisgarh, which is one of the top 10 most COVID-19 affected states in the country.

To handle the surge in cases and shortage of hospital beds, Even the Press Club has converted its premises into a Covid centre where asymptomatic patients are being treated free of cost.
