See What Covid19 Rules to Follow after Lifting Lockdown in Telangana
- Wearing of face mask shall be compulsory in public places, in workplaces, and means of transport. and failure to wear a face mask as mandated shall attract a penalty of Rs.1000/-
- Individuals must maintain social distancing.
- All shops, offices, and establishments shall ensure that all Covid19 norms including physical distancing, sanitization, etc., failure to observe these norms will attract action under relevant Acts and orders issued under Disaster Management Act, 2005.
- All educational institutions and coaching institutions are permitted to re-open. Government schools and colleges can re-open from 1st July 2017.
The Cabinet also directed the Department of Education to start all types of educational institutions from July 1 with full readiness.
The state cabinet has decided to lift the lockdown completely. The number of corona cases in the state, the percentage of positivity has dropped significantly and the corona has come under complete control, the decision was taken after reviewing the reports provided by the medical authorities to lift the lock down to this extent.
The Cabinet also directed the officials of all the departments to completely lift all the regulations imposed during the lockdown.
