Chief Minister Karnataka, BS Yediyurappa Tested Positive, Hosptalised

Bengaluru, 16 April: BS Yediyurappa, Karnataka Chief Minister tested positive today in Bengaluru, and admitted in hospital on doctors advise.

BS Yediyurappa, Karnataka Chief Minister confirm and tweets as

“Upon having mild fever, today I got tested for Covid-19 and my report has come out positive. Although I am doing fine, I am being hospitalised based on the advise of doctors. I request all those who have come in my contact recently to be observant and exercise self-quarantine.”

The 78 year-old Yeddiyurappa was earlier hospitalised on August 2, 2020 along with his daughter Padmavathi after they tested positive for coronavirus.

Last year, Mr Yediyurappa was admitted to Manipal Hospital after he along with his daughter Padmavathi tested positive.
