Ashim Banerjee, Mamata Banerjee’s Brother Dies to Covid-19

Kolkata: Ashim Banerjee, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s brother died of Covid-related complications at a hospital in Kolkata this morning.

Ashim Banerjee, 69, had tested positive for COVID-19 and was undergoing treatment,”  at Medica Superspecialty Hospital in Kolkata.

The last rites will be conducted this afternoon as per Covid protocols.
