A Chaiwala Sends Rs 100 to PM Modi to Shave his Beard and a Message

Baramati, Maharashtra: A Chaiwala (tea vendor) has sent Rs 100 money order to Prime Minister Narendra Modi with a message to get his beard shaved reported by local media.

Upset over the small business hits hard due to the covid lockdown, Anil More, small tea stall owner opposite to a private hospital on Indapur Road from Baramati in Maharashtra send a letter with Rs 100 money order to PM.

Anil More wrote, “I have utmost respect and admiration for our Prime Minister. I am sending Rs 100 for my savings to him so that he shaves his beard. He is the supreme leader and I don’t intend to hurt him. But the way in which the problems of the poor are growing by the day due to the pandemic, this is a way to draw his attention,”

Anil More also wrote PM Modi should increase employment opportunities for the people of this country, vaccination, medical facilities.

He also requests to extend financial aid of Rs 5 lakh to families of those who have had a Covid death and Rs 30,000 for families hit by the lockdown.
