Mumbai: Two students and a teenage girl have been arrested by Mumbai police over the “Bulli Bai” app, where they were sharing the pictures of Muslim women for an “auction”.
Mayank Rawal, a student, was caught in the early hours of Wednesday by Mumbai police.

1. Vishal Kumar Jha, a 21-year-old, is an engineering student from Bengaluru.
2. Mayank Rawal, a student, from Uttarakhand, and
3. Shweta Singh, a teenage girl, 18-year-old from Uttarakhand,
According to Uttarakhand police chief Ashok Kumar, the mastermind behind the egregious app is teenager Shweta Singh from Uttarakhand who controlled ‘Bulli Bai’ and three more apps.
