Hyderabad: Youngsters dancing with swords and daggers during a Joint birthday celebration of Sai Ram and Arjun in Mangar Basti Area, Habeeb Nagar.
According to police “The birthday celebrations were organized, defying the pandemic rules and lockdown guidelines. During the party, the duo along with their followers danced while displaying weapons in public,”.
A video clip went viral on social media on Friday of the incident which occurred on Wednesday.
The Habeebnagar police booked and arrested Nine youngsters under sections of the Indian Arms Act and Epidemic Act for allegedly dancing with swords and daggers during a birthday celebration, by gathering in large numbers during the lockdown hours.
Police booked them under section 25 of the Arms Act, sections 188 and 269 of the Indian Penal Code.
