Dubai: The Royal Gold Biryani platter which was added in the menu of Bombay Borough in Dubai recently.
Royal biryani, where an edible gold-trimmed biryani has come in as the world’s most expensive. 23 karat gold dish comprises Kashmiri lamb seekh kebabs, Mughlai koftas, old Delhi lamb chops, Rajput chicken kebabs, and Malai chicken served on a bed of saffron-infused biryani, plus that all important edible gilding at a cost of each platter Dhs1,000. (Rs 20,000)
The platter serves 4-6 diners, and chefs need around 45 minutes to fully craft the golden platter.
