Mancherial: A woman Swarupa killed her husband with a knife for allegedly keeping extramarital affairs and harassing her at Sai Kunta, Mancherial town here on Saturday.
According to Mancherial Inspector ML Mutthilingaiah, Swarupa a homemaker wife killed her husband Koppula Nagaraju, (44), when he was asleep, a resident of Sai Kunta and an eggs trader for harassing and was angry over husbands illegal affair with one Nandini.
After killing her husband she surrendered before the police, and have confessed to committing the crime.
Police booked Swarup and her son Vivekananda for allegedly involved in the crime under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code. Further investigation has been taken up.
