Turkey Forest Fire, 3 Dead, 58 Injured, Russian Aircraft Joins Turkey to Extinguish

MANAVGAT, Turkey: Forest fires in the south of Turkey have claimed three lives and Injured 58 where authorities were battling multiple blazes for a second day amid suspicions of arson the country’s AFAD disaster agency and the agriculture minister said.

 One fire has swept through the Akseki district 50km away and another near the coastal resort of Marmaris. Russian aircraft have joined the fight in helping to extinguish the forest fires.
