Hyderabad, 19 March: Police Chandrayangutta arrested Salman Khan, President and Syed Ayub, secretary belongs to Hyderabad Youth Courage (HYC) a city-based NGO under stringent PD Act.
According to police, Salman Khan and Syed Ayub have cheated the people by collecting the donations in the pretext of helping poor patients admitted in various hospitals.
Both Salman Khan and Syed Ayub reportedly obtained the funds and later transferred into their personal accounts. In the connection they were booked in Chandrayangutta, Humayun Nagar and Nampally police stations.
Chandrayangutta police on Friday arrested Salman Khan and his associate Syed Ayub and detained them under the PD Act and were sent to jail.
