Cable Man in Hyderabad, Walk on High Tension Electric Line, Protesting on Bike Seized

Hyderabad, 10 March: Everyone know about ‘Superman’ and ‘Spiderman’, but people in Hyderabad have seen yesterday a real ‘Cableman’ walking on high tension cable yesterday protesting traffic chalan issued to him.

Naresh, 32, motorcycle was seized by the Hyderabad traffic police for drunk and drive checking. Naresh climbed on high tension pole and was walking across the high-tension electric line, threatened to end his life at Chevella in Ranga Reddy

He was caught by the traffic police on 27^th February when he was driving in an inebriated condition. The traffic police had seized his bike and instructed him to attend counseling.

However, police persuaded and managed him to come down assuring that they would return his motorbike. Police and locals stood all the while under the wires with a huge tarpaulin to catch him if he fell.

Later, the police have registered a case under Section 309 (attempt to commit suicide) of the Indian Penal Code against him.
