Hyderabad: Professor Bhavani Aadimulam, a Hindi professor at the University of Hyderabad died in fatal accident at Udaipur today.
The accident happened today morning when Professor Bhavani lost balance of her two-wheeler when she was travelling with her causing her and her daughter lost control and falls on the road, and a truck coming from behind crushed her to death. However, her daughter escaped with minor injuries.
Prof. Bhavani was working with Shikshantar Andolan in Udaipur in the areas of education and spreading awareness on zero waste and the environment.
Prof. Bhavani was also the founder member of Aksharavani, which was setup in the premises of the University of Hyderabad, to provide education to the poor children of the many laborers.
