Mumbai: teenager brother, beheaded 19-year-old pregnant sister Kirti with their mother’s help in an alleged case of dishonor killing in Aurangabad, Maharashtra on Sunday.
According to sources, the brother after beheading the sister allegedly came out of the house with her head in his hand displayed her head before neighbors, and even took a selfie with head.
Kirti’s husband who was ill was lying in another room. When he reached the crime scene after hearing the sound of falling utensils. The accused tried to kill him too but he managed to escape.
The accused surrendered at the Virgoan police station and are now under arrest.
Kirti (Sister) eloped and married in June and had been living with her husband.
Kirti’s mother contacted her a week ago and asked to visit her. She returned to her daughter’s home with her son on Sunday. Seeing mother and brother, she rushed to greet them. She served them water to both and went to the kitchen to make tea. brother came from behind in Kitchen and beheaded her.
