Warangal: A Government teacher among three persons were killed when the car in which they were travelling falls into SRSP canal near Konkapaka village in Parvathagiri mandal, Warangal district on Wednesday.
The teacher identified as Renuka, a government teacher. The other two deceases are Sridhar, a businessman, and an employee of his company.
Sridhar was driving the car when their car plunges in the canal, Renuka and the driver were sitting in the back seat of the car. The driver manages to swim to the shore, while Renuka and the others died.
Bodies of Renuka and another employee have been retrieved. Sridhar body was trapped in the car and still Parvathagiri police were trying to lift the car from the canal.
The bodies were shifted to Warangal MGM for postmortem examination. Further investigation in process.
