Hyderabad, 04 April: Mohammed Azharuddin, Former India skipper and President Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) told today the HCA will all its facilities to BCCI to conduct the coming IPL matched in ‘safe and secure’ venues.
Azharuddin today tweet , “In these difficult times there is all the more reasons for us to stand by each other. Hyderabad Cricket Association would like to offer its facilities to @BCCI to ensure that IPL2021 is conducted in safe and secure venues.”
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has kept Hyderabad as standby venue for the Indian Premier League (IPL) matches in the wake of rising Covid-19 cases in India.
The BCCI is monitoring the growing number of Covid-19 cases in India, especially in Mumbai.
Hyderabad has emerged as a standby venue option, if one or more of the six selected host cities not be able to hold their matches.
