World Crosses 20 Million CoronaVirus Cases, following are the top 5 hard-hit countries

 

  1. USA record more than 5.1 million cases which are 26% of global cases.
  2. Brazil record more than 3.0 million cases which are 15% of global cases.
  3. India recorded more than 2.1 million cases which are 11% of global cases.
  4. Russia record more than 887,000 cases which are 4.5% of global cases.
  5. South Africa record more than 553,000 cases which is almost 3% of global cases.

 

In less than 43 days latest the word records 10 million new cases while it took 157 days to reach the first 10 million cases in the world.

Detail increase of CoronaVirus cases as follows:

  • On 22nd January World had only 580 cases, after 71 days,
  • On 2nd April World reached 1 Million CoronaVirus cases, after 13 days,
  • On 15th April World crosses 2 Million CoronaVirus cases, and after the next 12 days,
  • On 27th April World surpasses 3 Million CoronaVirus cases, and in another 12 days,
  • On 9th May World crosses 4 Million CoronaVirus cases, and again in less than 11 days,
  • On 20th May World surpasses 5 Million CoronaVirus cases, (It took 119 days to reach the first 5 Million cases in the world) and again in just 38 days,
  • On 27th June World crosses 10 Million CoronaVirus cases, and again in another 24 days,
  • On 21st July World surpasses 15 Million CoronaVirus cases, and now again in just 19 days,
  • On 9th August World crosses 20 Million CoronaVirus cases.

 

Even though the recovery rates are around 64% and deaths are in the range of 4%, the number of new cases is around close to 300,000 dailies

And to reduce the surge of Coronavirus cases the People, Government, Administrations, and Health Facilities must feel their responsibility and follow strict guidelines to curb the CoronaVirus pandemic.
