Hyderabad: Mohd. Faisal, 36-year, was stabbed to death, allegedly by a person known to him in a graveyard in Dabeerpura here on Friday night.
Faisal, who is a caretaker of the graveyard, was allegedly having a dispute with the suspect a drug addict.
Following a heated argument between them on Friday midnight, Faisal was attacked with sharp weapons multiple times. He was rushed to the hospital, where the doctors declared him dead.
The body shifted to the Osmania General Hospital morgue for post-mortem.
The Dabeerpura police have registered a Murder case and taken up the investigation and trying to nab the suspect.
