Hyderabad: A youth G. Yogesh Sagar 19-year-old who died in a traffic accident last month, now Gachibowli police have registered a case against the G. Geetha Rani mother of deceased, for allowing him to drive scooter without a valid driving license.
Last month, on 23rd February G. Yogesh Sagar died after a truck hit his scooter at MasjidBanda in Gachibowli.
Gachibowli police also booked a case the truck driver D. Bhumaiah and its owner Kamalakar Reddy.
Truck driver Bhumaiah was booked and arrested for driving rashly and during the prohibited timing, leading to the accident.
