Ballia-UP, 1st MAR: Chandrama Rajbhar, 24 was arrested for allegedly raping a teenage girl and uploading the videos the act on social media and shared it.
According to SHO, Sukhpura, Virendra Yadav said, Chandrama Rajbhar, 24, was repeatedly raping the 17-year-old girl for the past one year and filmed it and shared it on Facebook.
A case has been registered against Rajbhar after the girl filed on complaint with the police against him under sections of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
The girl also complaint, that the accused raped her several times in the past one year and threatened of her terrible consequences if she told the matter to anyone.
The victim girl has been sent for medical examination, and the further investigation is in process.
