Recipe for Olive Fried Rice with Roasted Capsicum

This recipe will take 10 minutes to be prepared, 25 minutes to be cooked and it will serve 4 persons

Required Ingredients are (Sila rice three hundred grams (boiled), (A tablespoon of garlic (finely chopped), 1 onion (finely chopped), Two tomatoes, (Half a teaspoon of pepper (chopped), One teaspoon of paprika powder, One cup of olives, (Carrots a number (cut into squares), 2 capsicum, One tablespoon of lemon juice, One to two teaspoons of olive oil, Salt as required

Preparation: First, Grease the capsicum with olive oil and roast it on the oven or stove. Next, cut it into rings and set aside. Then, add olive oil to a cooking pan and saut garlic and onion. Now, add tomatoes and fry and then add carrots, olives, pepper, paprika powder and salt and stir fry. After that, add boiled rice and cook till all the ingredients are mixed. Finally, add lemon juice and roasted capsicum and mix well. Then take out in the platter and serve.

 

Recipe for Shahi Mutter Pulao

This recipe will take 10 minutes to be prepared, 35 to 40 minutes to be cooked and it will serve 3 to 4 persons

Required Ingredients are (Rice half a kilo) soaked, (Peas a cup (boiled), A quarter cup of oil, (Half a cup of onion (fried), Ten peppercorns, Living number six, Cinnamon one inch piece, Two green cardamoms, A number of black cardamom, Ginger garlic paste a teaspoon, (A teaspoon of red chili), A teaspoon and a half of salt, One cup of yogurt, (Two eggs for boiling and garnish), (Twelve cashews (for bottom and garnish)

Preparation: First, Heat oil, add fried onion, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, green cardamom, black cardamom, ginger garlic paste and a quarter cup of water. Next, Add salt, ground red pepper, curd and peas and fry well. Then, cover the rice with two cups of water and cook until the rice is ready. Now, leave it on the tail for ten minutes. Finally, Garnish with eggs and cashews before serving.

 

Recipe for Achari Qeema Biryani

This recipe will take 20 minutes to be prepared, 45 to 50 minutes to be cooked and it will serve 4 persons

Required Ingredients are (Two cups of rice (soaked), Mint is a lump, Four green peppers, (Hot spices prove a bit, Salt to taste, A cup of oil, (Four onions finely chopped), (Four tomatoes finely chopped), (Ginger two tablespoons finely chopped, (Six garlic cloves finely chopped), A teaspoon of turmeric, (Half a kilo of cow’s meat cut off by hand, Kalonji a teaspoon, (Red pepper eight pieces, crushed, Three lemons, Half a cup of fresh milk, A little yellow,

Preparation: First, Drain the soaked rice in a saucepan and add it to the fresh water. Next, Add half a mint, two green chilies, hot spices and salt and bring to a boil. Now, heat oil in a separate pan and brown the onions until golden. Then, Add tomato, ginger, garlic and turmeric to the remaining half of the onion and fry a little. After that, When the minced water is dry, add cloves, red chilies, two green chilies, half a mint and two lemon juice and keep it on the tail for five minutes. Later, put a little grease on the bottom of the rice pan and cover half of the rice. Then, layer the prepared pickles. Now, layer the rest of the rice and mix a little yellow color in the fresh milk. After that, add a lemon juice and a little mint and put it on the tail. Later, When the steam rises, the pickled biryani is ready. Finally, take it out of the dish and garnish it with fried onions and serve with yogurt raita.
