Recipe for Chatori Daal, Dalcha, and Bean with Mince

Recipe for Chatori Daal

This recipe will take 5 minutes to be prepared, 20 – 25 minutes to be cooked and it will serve 4 persons

Required ingredients are One hundred and fifty grams of Chana lentils, Half a cup of oil, Ginger garlic paste a tablespoon, Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds, Kalonji half a teaspoon, Fenugreek seeds half a teaspoon, (A teaspoon of fennel chopped), (A tablespoon of cumin chopped), (A tablespoon of coriander chopped, (Onion a medium, finely chopped, (Three boiled and chopped tomatoes), (Pumpkin is a medium number, A quarter cup of tamarind paste, Link address is a number, A teaspoon of turmeric, Salt to taste, (Chopped red chili a teaspoon), (Crushed red chili, a teaspoon), A cup of water, Fifty grams of mango pickle, A quarter of a green coriander, (Three to four green chilies thick),

Preparations: First heat oil in a frying pan, add ginger garlic paste, mustard seeds, cloves, fenugreek, fennel, cumin and coriander and fry for a few seconds. Then add onion and cook till it becomes soft. Next Add tomato, gourd, and tamarind paste. After frying for one to two minutes, add curry leaves, turmeric, salt, chopped red chilies, crushed red chilies and water. Later After cooking for one to two minutes, add boiled gram lentils, cover, and cook. Finally, after eight to ten minutes, remove the lid, add mango pickle, green coriander and green chilies, fry over high heat and serve hot.

 

Recipe for Dalcha

This recipe will take 15 – 20 minutes to be prepared, 1 hour to be cooked and it will serve 4 – 6 persons

Required ingredients are One cup of lentils, two tomatoes, A handful of lentils (Finely chopped spinach two cups) Pumpkin 250 grams cut into cubes, Half a cup of oil, (Proven hot spices 1 tablespoon (mix). (A number of onions (chopped), Ginger garlic paste a teaspoon, A teaspoon and a half of salt, (Half a teaspoon of red chili is crushed, Half a teaspoon of turmeric, (Three tomatoes finely chopped), Half a cup of yogurt, Two tablespoons of green coriander, Fifteen leaves, (Green chili four fixed)

Preparations: First, Boil Achar dal with tomato and a cup of water and grind it. Separately, boil the lentils thoroughly with water as required. Next, Add crushed lentils, spinach, and chopped pumpkin into cubes. Then, add two cups of water and cook till the pumpkin is melted. Now, heat the oil in a separate pot. After that, Add mixed hot spices and chopped onion and fry till golden. Later, add ginger garlic paste, salt, ground red chili, turmeric and three finely chopped tomatoes and fry well. When the tomatoes are melted, add yoghurt and fry for another five minutes. Now, add lentil and gourd mixture and cook for ten minutes. Finally, garnish with green coriander, curry leaves and green chilies.

 

 

 

 

Recipe for Bean with Mince

This recipe will take 3 – 4 hours to be prepared, 40 minutes to be cooked and it will serve 4 persons

Required ingredients are Two cups of beans, (Half a kilo of cow meat) (hand cut),  Half a cup of oil,  One cup of onion,  (hot spices as needed (proven),  Two pieces of cinnamon,  Four to five cloves, Proven black four to five numbers,  One to two small cardamoms, Garlic Ginger Paste Two tablespoons, 1 teaspoon of cumin (proven), (A teaspoon of coriander (crushed),  Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder,  Salt to taste, (red chili two teaspoons (crushed),  One cup of water, Four to five tomatoes, Four tablespoons of yogurt, (Ginger two tablespoons (finely chopped), Four to five green chilis, Green coriander half a lump, A teaspoon of hot spice powder, Lemon juice as needed

Preparations: First soak the beans for three to four hours. Then boil it for fifteen to twenty minutes. Next, Put oil in a pan and fry onion and hot spices. Then add cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, small cardamom, garlic, ginger paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, red chilie, and cow dung and fry it, so that its water dries.  Then put tomatoes and yogurt in it and sleep. After that, When the tomato water is dry, add water and cook. Then when the tomatoes are melted, add the beans. Then add ginger, green chilies, green coriander and hot spice powder and cook.  Finally remove to a platter and serve with lemon juice.
