Hyderabad: The current locdown which implmenetd from 12 May has been extended till May 30.

The decision has been taken after consulting cabinet by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Tuesday.

The Chief Minister also directed Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar to issue formal orders for extending the lockdown.

Further, CM cancelled the State Cabinet meeting scheduled to be held on May 20 for the review and lockdown extension.

CM Sri KCR has decided to extend the #lockdown in State up to 30 May, 2021 after speaking to the Cabinet colleagues over the phone and eliciting their opinion. Hon’ble CM instructed Chief Secretary @SomeshKumarIAS to issue necessary orders in this regard.
