Lightning Kills 60 in Jaipur, and Uttar Pradesh

New Delhi: More than 60 people have been died in lightening un various parts of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan on Sunday.

Eleven of them died in Jaipur while taking selfies in front of a historical fort in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Forty-one peoples mostly women and children died across Uttar Pradesh where Prayagraj alone reported 14 deaths. 

According to ANI, 41 people died due to lightning strikes across 16 districts, 30 injured. All the injured will get proper medical treatment. Also 250 animals died, 20 animals injured in lightning.

At least 11 people killed at Amer Fort near Jaipur, as lightning struck them while taking a selfie on top of a watch tower, 27 people are reported to have been on the watch tower and the fort wall when the lightning strikes. 9 more (including 7 children) killed by lightning were reported from across the Rajasthan on Sunday.
