Son Prime Accused in Shadnagar Realtor’s Murder

Hyderabad: Kammari Shiva has been identified as the prime accused and key conspirator in the murder of his father, realtor Kammari Krishna, in Shadnagar, erstwhile Mahbubnagar district, on July 10.

Details:

  • Murder Plot: Shiva, 35, offered a ‘supari’ (contract killing fee) of Rs. 25 lakh to his father’s bodyguard, Baba Shivanand, to carry out the murder. An advance of Rs. 2 lakh was paid.
  • Execution: Shivanand, assisted by Ganesh and a juvenile, murdered Krishna while he was having tea at a resort in Shadnagar.
  • Motive: Shiva held a grudge against his father after learning that Krishna had transferred properties worth Rs. 16 crores and a function hall to his third wife, Pavani.
  • Arrests and Investigation: The police arrested Shiva, Shivanand, Ganesh, and the juvenile at Kali Mandir in Bandlaguda Gagir. They also seized two cars, a bike, knives, Rs. 50,000 in cash, and a mobile phone.
  • Family Background: Krishna was married three times. His first wife, Vijaya Lakshmi, and her two sons, including the accused Shiva, were estranged from him. Krishna’s second wife died of Covid, and he was living with his third wife, Pavani.

Earlier: Kammari Krishna, a realtor was murdered at a farmhouse at Shadnagar in neighbouring Ranga Reddy district on Wednesday.

According to the police, the man K Krishna, a resident of Hydershakote, was found murdered at a farmhouse located at Shadnagar. The police suspect one person Baba, who is a bodyguard of Krishna, might have attacked and killed him due to some issues.
