Hyderabad: After TS Election Commission announced the poll schedule on 1st December 2020 for 150-member municipal body, Pawan Kalyan party Jana Sena issued a statement stating that they are ready to field its candidates for GHMC election
Actor turned politician Pawan Kalyan, who has long been aiming on politics in Andhra Pradesh, stated that active young workers of Jana Sena very excited to contest the lection and advise Jana Sena party leaders and to be ready for the GHMC election.
Pawan Kalyan party Jana Sena had earlier in January this year announced alliance with the BJP, but contested Andhra Pradesh assembly election separately, resulting an embarrassing setback in the AP election. Jana Sena won single seat and BJP zero.
However, Jana Sena not mentioned in their statement that they will contest GHMC elections in alliance with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
