Hyderabad: A construction worker from Telangana’s Nirmal district, identified as Shankar, was caught at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) with a fake passport on March 10.
Shankar, who had traveled to the Gulf six years ago, allegedly obtained a forged Indian passport through agents. He arrived on an Indigo Airlines flight, but immigration officials detected the forgery and alerted the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). He was immediately arrested, and RGIA police have launched an investigation.
