Hyderabad: In Hyderabad, nine students from a private school were injured when their school bus overturned at Katedan Mailardevpally on Tuesday evening. The incident occurred as the bus from Pioneer Concept School was boarding students after school hours.
According to police, the bus driver failed to secure the hand brake properly, causing the bus to roll backward down a slope, collide with a parked car, and overturn. Local residents and school staff quickly rescued the students by breaking the bus’s window panes and transported the injured to a local hospital. Police have filed a negligence case against the bus driver and are investigating the incident.
