A viral video captured the heart-stopping moment when the man, living in a rented apartment, had his entire body hanging outside the balcony of the common staircase, holding on to the concrete railings.
A resident noticed the man in distress and quickly raised an alarm, prompting others to rush to the scene. Two men, arriving from the floors below, heroically grabbed the man and pulled him to safety, narrowly preventing a tragic outcome.
Reports suggest that the man was mentally challenged and had intended to commit suicide, but thanks to the swift response of the residents, his life was saved.
