Hyderabad: Telangana CM, K Chandrashekar Rao, has taken away the Medical, Health and Family Welfare Minister portfolio of the state’s from Eatala Rajender after allegations of land grab emerged against him.

Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan has transferred the portfolio to Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao with immediate effect on the advise of Chief Minister. Etala Rajender is now a Minister without a portfolio in the cabinet

Eatala Rajender, who represents Huzurabad constituency, was under proble  following allegations that he had forced poor farmers of Achampally and Hakimpet of Masaipet mandal to transfer assigned lands so that he could start a hatchery.
