Bengaluru: A horrifying incident unfolded in Karnataka’s Koppal district, where a 27-year-old Israeli tourist and a homestay owner were allegedly gang-raped by three men while stargazing near a canal.

• The attackers pushed three male companions into the canal before assaulting the women.
• Two men managed to swim out, but one, identified as Bibash from Odisha, drowned.
