Hyderabad to Get Two New IT Parks: Govt Plans Dedicated Land Policy

Hyderabad: Telangana IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu announced plans to establish two new IT parks in Hyderabad’s suburbs, modeled after Hitec City. A study is currently underway to finalize their locations and land requirements. Additionally, the government is working on a dedicated land allocation policy to streamline the process for industries.

At a high-level meeting with Dew Software Company, which has proposed a ₹100 crore investment, Sridhar Babu emphasized the government’s commitment to IT growth. He highlighted that land allocation would be based on investment scale and job creation. The new IT parks will offer world-class infrastructure, seamless connectivity, and essential amenities to support professionals and investors. Transport facilities will also be enhanced to ensure easy commuting across the city.
