Hyderabad, 01 April: A 10-year-old Manasvini, was found dead on Thursday under suspicious circumstances in her house while playing with mother’s saree at Baba Nagar in Nacharam.
According to sources, Both parents Ramesh and Kavitha were on work, while children were at home under the care of grandmother Umarani (Ramesh’s mother). On Thursday Umarani went to hospital to take Covid-19 vaccine while keeping children at home. Later Umarani, who returned home after vaccination went off to sleep.
Police suspect that Manasvini while playing with her mother’s sari accidentally died.
Police suspect that, Manasvini was playing alone in at home by making a swing with a mother’s sari. The sari is suspected to have got entangled around her neck and she was suffocated to death. Her parents who returned home found her dead,”
Family suspects no foul play and believe it could be an accident, the Nacharam police registered a case of suspicious death and probing all possible angles, and police waiting the postmortem report to reveal the cause of death.
