New Delhi: A group of Indian doctors has launched myamericandoctor.com, providing teleconsultation services from over 50 renowned doctors based in the USA. This platform offers patients in Hyderabad and elsewhere the opportunity to consult American doctors for better clarity on their medical conditions and treatments.
Patients can use smartphones, tablets, or computers to select doctors, schedule appointments, upload medical records, make payments, consult online, and follow up. The service is priced at $149 for an initial consultation and half that for follow-ups, much lower than the typical $1000 for similar services.
The platform aims to help the millions of Indian patients who travel abroad annually for complex treatments. Officially launched in Hyderabad by Dr. Raj Narla (CEO), Dr. Rajan Garg (Board Member), Dr. Daniel Friedmann, and Dr. Yogi Gundamraj, the service is now available across India.
