Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday extended the curfew till June 10, with the same rules as earlier, from 1 2 Noon to 6 AM daily, and Prohibitory orders under Section 144 Cr P C will continue to be in force during the relaxation period.
The curfew, which began on May 5 as the Covid19 cases were on the surge.
Even there is a decline in new covid cases in Andhra Pradesh, the government preferred to extend the curfew for 10 more days to ensure the COVID-19 curve flattens, the sources said.
