Recipe of Karahi Qeema
Required ingredients are (Half a kilo) Qeema thick crushed, 1 onion cut into slices, Garlic Ginger 1 tablespoon, One tablespoon of red chili powder, (white cumin a tablespoon (roasted and crushed), One tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, (four tomatoes) (chopped), (green pepper four pieces) chopped, (Ginger a tablespoon (Julian cut), (green coriander two tablespoons (chopped), (Mint leaves ten pieces (cut), (Half a cup of green onion (with chopped leaves), Half a cup of oil
Preparation: First, Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the onion in it. Then, add garlic ginger paste, minced meat, red chili powder and tomato. Now, let it cook for a while till the qima is half melted. Next, add white cumin, coriander powder and half a cup of water, cover and cook till the qima melts. Finally, add ginger, green chilies, mint, green coriander, and green onion and put it on the tail for five minutes. Serve with bread.
Recipe of Prawn Karahi
Required ingredients are Tomatoes six pieces (finely chopped), Ginger garlic paste a tablespoon, A tablespoon of red chili powder A teaspoon of hot spice powder, A tablespoon of yogurt, Prawns fifteen to twenty, A teaspoon of coriander powder, A teaspoon of proven pepper, A cup of oil, Four green peppers (finely chopped), A coriander of green coriander (finely chopped), Two tablespoons of lemon juice, Salt to taste
Preparation: First, in a frying pan, add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, hot spice powder and yogurt and cook until the water is dry. Next, add prawns, coriander powder, ground black pepper and oil and cook for a while. Then, add green chilies, green coriander and lemon juice and cook for a while. Finally, When the prawns are cooked, put them on a plate, mix with salt and garnish with green coriander and serve with bread.
Recipe of Harees
Required ingredients are 1 Kg of meat (without bones), (Half a slice of peanut lentils (proven), Half a slice of rice, One pound of wheat, (Four teaspoons of ground black pepper), Ginger as needed, Garlic as needed, Onions as needed, Ghee as required, Salt as needed
Preparation: First, Boil the rice and lentils together and soak the wheat. Next, Chop two medium sized onions in ghee. Then, When the onion turns red, add the meat. After that, Add ginger and garlic. Now, When the water in the meat is dry, add plenty of water. Next, When the meat is melted, take it out of the water and coat it thickly. Then, Put the chopped meat back in the water, add the wheat and boiled lentils and rice and let it cook. After that, add more water if needed. Later, take out a grain of wheat and check if it is well melted. Knead in it and keep cooking so that everything comes together. Then, add pepper and salt. Now, put ghee in a separate pot, cut onion in it and take it out when it is old. Next, put this extracted onion in hot ghee and stir it with a spoon. Finally, Delicious Harees is ready. Take it out in the dungeons. Now, sprinkle fried onion on it and serve with bread.
