Hyderabad: An elderly man, Hakeem (70), was found murdered at his battery repairs shop in Feelkhana, Begum Bazaar, Hyderabad, on Sunday morning. Hakeem, a resident of Moghalpura, did not return home on Saturday night. His son, Khaleel, discovered his body in a pool of blood at the shop the following morning.

The police reported that Hakeem had been repeatedly hit on the head with a tool, leading to his death. Efforts are underway to identify and arrest the assailant. The Begum Bazaar police station’s clues team visited the scene, collected material evidence, and deployed a tracker dog to assist in the investigation. A case has been registered.
