Bengaluru: X Corp has approached the Karnataka High Court against the Centre’s Sahyog portal, which facilitates content takedown orders. The company argues that the portal bypasses the IT Act and the Supreme Court’s ruling in Shreya Singhal vs Union of India.

The case was briefly heard on March 17 by Justice M Nagaprasanna and is scheduled for its next hearing on March 27.
