Hyderabad: Two youngsters were killed and two others injured when the car they were traveling in crashed into an electricity pole at Karmanghat, Saroornagar, on Wednesday night. The group, consisting of Mohd Adnan (19), Syed Sofiyan (20), Mohd Yasir (20), and Abdul Marvah, all residents of Bandlaguda Chandrayangutta, were heading towards LB Nagar.
While returning, Abdul, who was driving the car, lost control and collided with an electric pole near the Bata Showroom on Karmanghat road. “Apparently, Abdul drove the car in a negligent manner, leading to the incident,” said Saroornagar Sub-Inspector B. Kishan.
All four sustained injuries and were rushed to a hospital, where doctors pronounced Adnan and Sofiyan dead. A case has been registered, and an investigation is ongoing.
