Traffic Advisory for Hyderabad Marathon – August 25, 2024

Hyderabad: Due to the Hyderabad Runners Marathon on August 25, 2024, from 4:30 AM to 10:00 AM, traffic restrictions and diversions will be in place in Hyderabad. The marathon will start at People’s Plaza on Necklace Road and end at G.M.C. Balayogi Stadium, Gachibowli, passing through key routes including NTR Marg, Tank Bund, Punjagutta Flyover, and Road No. 45 via Durgam Cheruvu Cable Bridge.

Key Route of Marathon:

People’s Plaza (Necklace Road) → NTR Marg → Tank Bund → Children’s Park → Sailing Club → Buddha Bhavan → Sanjeevaiah Park → Khairtabad → Raj Bhavan Road → Somajiguda → Punjagutta Flyover → MJ College → SNT Junction → Sagar Society → KBR Park → Jubilee Hills Checkpost → Road No.45 → Cable Bridge.

Traffic Diversions:

Panjagutta & Rajbhavan to Khairtabad Flyover: Diverted at V.V statue towards Shadan & Nirankari Bhavan.
Khairatabad Flyover to Banjara/Jubilee Hills: Diverted at K.C.P via Taj Krishna → Road No.10 & 12 → Cancer Hospital → Orissa Land.
Iqbal Minar to Upper Tankbund: Diverted to Telugu Tally flyover at Old Secretariat gate.
Liberty to Upper Tank Bund: Diverted at Ambedkar Statue towards Telugu Thalli.
Karbala to Upper Tank Bund: Diverted at Sailing Club towards Kavadiguda.
Musheerabad/Jabbar Complex to Upper Tank Bund: Diverted at Kavadiguda X Road towards DBR Mills, Lower Tank Bund.
Telugutalli Flyover to Lower Tank Bund: Diverted at DBR Mills towards Kavadiguda X Road.
Ministers Road/Ranigunj to Necklace Road: Diverted at Nallgutta Junction towards Ranigunj and Minister Road.
Begumpet to Banjara/Jubilee Hills via Necklace Rotary: Diverted at Greenlands Junction towards D.K. Road, Ameerpet.
Panjagutta to Road No.2, Banjara Hills: Diverted at NFCL Junction towards Road No.1.
Srinagar Colony to Road No.2, Banjara Hills (SNT Junction): Alternate route via Srinagar Colony, Kamalapuri Colony, Venkatagiri.
Kamalapuri Colony to Road No.2, Banjara Hills (Sagar Society): Alternate route via Kamalapuri Colony, Venkatagiri.
Orissa Island/Road No.10, Banjara Hills to NTR Bhavan (Sagar Society Jn.): Traffic rerouted at Cancer Hospital.
Film Nagar/BVB Junction to Jubilee Hills Check Post: Diverted at Journalist Colony towards Road No.70, Hot Cup towards Madhapur.
Venkatagiri ‘T’ Junction (KBR Park) to Road No.45 Cable Bridge: Diverted towards Road No.36, Jubilee Hills.
