Hyderabad: A 19-year-old BBA student named Charan from ICFAI University died after crashing his Swift Dzire car into a flyover.
The accident happened while he was driving home to Mehdipatnam from BNR Hills. The collision occurred at Markam Cheruvu due to overspeeding, causing severe damage to the car and leading to Charan’s immediate death.
Police suspect he may have dozed off while driving, leading to the crash into a flyover pillar at Shaikpet near Raidurgam. The impact was severe, crushing the driver’s cabin and causing fatal injuries.
Passersby alerted the police, who struggled for two hours to retrieve Charan’s body.
An investigation is underway following a registered complaint.
