Recipe of BBQ Spicy Chicken Kebab, Lamb Kebabs, and Fish Pulao

Recipe for BBQ Spicy Chicken Kebab

Required ingredients for spicy chicken are (Chicken half a kilo) without bones, Two cloves of garlic, (Chilli three to four pieces (fixed), Red chilli two pieces, A teaspoon of vinegar, A tablespoon of spices, Garlic Ginger Paste One tablespoon, Two lemons, (Chilli a teaspoon (chopped), (A tablespoon of coriander (chopped), Salt as needed, (Cumin a tablespoon (chopped), Oil as required

Required Ingredients for garnishing are Two onion rings, A few lemons, Mint is a lump, (Green chilli two pieces chopped),

Preparation: First, Boil the chicken with garlic and ground black pepper for five minutes and drain the water. Then, in a separate pan, add red chilli vinegar and bring to a boil. Next, add green coriander in boiled chilies and grind. Now, add teak spices, garlic ginger paste, lemon juice, cumin, black pepper, and salt to this mixture and mix well. After that, melt the chicken with this mixture and leave it for twenty minutes. Next, Heat four tablespoons of oil in a pan and stir fry the chicken until the chicken is cooked. Finally, Remove to a serving dish and garnish with onion rings, lemons, mint, and green peppers.

 

Recipe for Lamb Kebabs

Required ingredients are Lamb mince 450 gm, Onion 1, Garlic Clove 1 (crushed Garlic clove 1), 1 green chili 1 (Green chili 1), Red chili powder half a teaspoon (Red chili powder ½ tsp), One tablespoon of coriander powder (Coriander powder 1 tbsp), Cumin half a teaspoon (crushed) (Cumin powder ½ tsp), Salt to taste, 1 egg, A tablespoon of yogurt (Yogurt 1 tbsp), Oil as required,

Preparation: First, Grind the minced meat, onion, green chilli, coriander and all spices (green coriander, red pepper, garlic, cumin, and salt) in a grinder. Next, add egg and grind more. Then, take it out in a bowl and keep it in the fridge for one hour (marinate for 1 hour). After that, heat a grill pan and make kebabs of the mixture. Now, apply oil and yoghurt on these kebabs with the help of brush and place them on the grill for cooking. Finally, when ready, serve with raita.

 

Recipe for Fish Pulao

Required ingredients are Half a kilo of gray fish, (Three hundred grams of rice (soaked), Ginger garlic paste one tablespoon, (hot spices a teaspoon (crushed), A teaspoon of turmeric, Salt to taste, Oil as required, Half a cup of ghee, 2 onions, 2 (hot spices as required (proven), Four to five green peppers, Curry leaves ten to twelve, White cumin a teaspoon, Black cumin a teaspoon, (tomatoes two pieces (boiled small chopped)

Preparation: First, cut small pieces of fish. Then, add ginger garlic paste, crushed hot spices, turmeric and a little salt and mix well. Now, fry them in a little oil and set aside. Next, heat ghee in a pan and add onion, hot spices, green chilies, curry leaves, white cumin and black cumin and fry for one to two minutes. After that, add up to one and a half glass of water. Next, When the water is hot, add the soaked rice. Later, When the rice starts to rise, add tomatoes and fried fish, mix, and let it simmer for eight to ten minutes. Finally, when ready, take out and serve hot.
