The Khammam-Warangal section is heavily affected, leading to train diversions through alternate routes. Additionally, Hyderabad residents have been advised to avoid going out unless necessary, as heavy rains are expected to continue in Hyderabad and surrounding districts until September 3. While the state is under a red alert, Hyderabad remains under a yellow alert, indicating caution for possible moderate to heavy rainfall.
