Police Arrest Immigration Staff at Hyderabad Airport for Visa Fraud

Hyderabad: RGIA police arrest 5 people of the Immigration staff and private airlines staff at Hyderabad airport for sending people illegally with fake visas after promising them jobs.

Earlier, on Tuesday RGIA police took 44 women from AP and Goa who were trying to leave for a Gulf country using fake visas and unauthorized documents, into custody. The police later released them after realizing that they were victims of visa fraud.

During the investigating of the fake visas’ fraud case, RGIA police kept surveillance on the Immigration staff and airlines staff and have reportedly arrested staff working in the Immigration Department at the Hyderabad Airport in connection with the case.

According to sources, the emigration staff along with the employees of a private airliner in contact with agents and facilitated them in sending people illegally with fake visas to Gulf.
